Android Question try to find alternative for phone number...

Dear All,
I am trying to find alternative to phoneID.GetLine1Number which does not always return phone number as expected..
Which of these PhoneId method that always return correct and unique value?

getDeviceId
getLine1number
getSimSerialNumber
getSubscriberID

Could you please help to give your advice?
