Thank you for your advice, but just as I already... the map for my country with Mobac. Moreover, the map is not up to date (I already have the old map, and the new one from Mobac look the same).... Try Maperitive. you can create tiles in any zoom based on pbf files. It is totally free btw.... You could try the offline map example and use MOBAC to render your own offline tile archive:
