Android Question Panel with scroll

Hi

I am trying to make at panel with a scroll there is hidden until I hit at button.

I haver tried this, but the scroll are not workin and it seems like the panel are laying over my page.

    PanelHelpMain.Visible = False

Am I going in the wrong direction?

I'm not sure that I understand the layout that you are trying to create. Can you post a screenshot?
