I have looked for an example and I have found almost nothing ....

and I want to make a simple iptv program ..

I suggest to you to check out at https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4jvlcj-embed-vlc-mediaplayer-in-your-program-app.77098/ . The VLC media player is a video streaming client also and It's easy to integrate it in a B4A program (I think that there is an example in the post).
