Oh, you think those details are made by a person because an AI couldn't add them? That's hilarious. :)

If you read the article you can see that the person who made them (using AI) did have to work quite a bit to make the AI only give the characters six fingers instead of seven. Seriously, the AI is amazing, and somewhat clueless. I can see nothing special with the things you marked. As for the circle I marked, I'll quote the makers Twitter where he got a question about that exact detail:

(The circle is part of the brand Oakleys visual identity. Somewhere in its training it picked up on the fact that some training clothes has a circle. Go figure. More clothes with circles, probably designed by humans: https://www.oakley.com/en-us/category/afa?q=:oakleyRelevanceSort:oakleySportsFacet:training_sp)

Maybe.
I have tried few AI website, where old low resolution photo are made perfect by AI, but none gave me the desired result.
Here I see perfection, so my speculation.
The information does help in knowing more about AI in general.

This is based on a solution called Stable Diffusion, which seems to be a gamechanger. I posted a thread about it a month ago:
