Android Question SQLiteCantOpenDatabaseException: unknown error (1294)

Greetings All!

I'm doing this:

Sub Activity_Create(FirstTime As Boolean)
    If FirstTime Then
        sql_local.Initialize(File.DirInternal, "TriXarSystems.db", True)
        Dim r As Reflector
        debugMode = r.GetStaticField("anywheresoftware.b4a.BA", "debugMode")
    End If
    If p.SdkVersion >= 26 Then
        Dim r As Reflector
        r.Target = sql_local
        r.Target = r.GetField("db")
        r.runMethod("disableWriteAheadLogging")
    End If

On most installs there isn't any error.
But on a Samsung SM-J700T with Android version 7.1.1
I get this error:

What am I missing?

Especially RuntimePermissions

This is not a permission issue as the database is stored in File.DirInternal.

Why are you using an Android 2 theme?
Why haven't you added the starter service?

Where is the full error message from the logs?
