B4J Question [SOLVED} jBotTelegram Error during compilation

I updated the library from ver.022 to v.0.31 and i get an error during the project compilation. After returning to 0.22 everything works.

I am using Java 11. Maybe this is the problem?

That's how the reason was.
Java 11 and compiles.
