These are the automatic bookmarks. Why do you want to remove them?
When I make a 'Quick Search' those automatic bookmarks keep on filling up the title bar and I have no idea how to close them.
The context menu item 'Clear bookmarks' has apparently no effect on them.

Are you really interested in disabling this feature, you can see this answer from DonManfred that applies the same for B4A. First close the IDE.
The INI file is normally located in the path C:\Users\[yourUser]\AppData\Roaming\Anywhere Software\Basic4android

If you modify the INI file, isn't the INI file going to be deleted and replaced with the new one when a new version is available and you have to modify it again?

In my experience, every time I have updated the versions, without uninstalling the previous ones, it has not happened to me.
However, it's not something I worry about, because it's a very simple step.
