Android Question Android thing with webcam on Pi3

I see a few inquiries on this topic, is there a solution ?

If I connect a webcam to the Pi, then boot the Pi with Android thing, select the camera - I can see the image

I guess the question is can B4A use the camera with Android thing

Have you tried to access it with CameraEx?

I have just tried the CameraEx, unfortunately as you can see from the Log detail - it fails to connect to the camera service (I tried both the Pi CSI camera and a USB webcam)

I simply took your Camera example as a test, Any thoughts. anyone ?

You will need to make some tests.

Do you get different results if you disconnect the camera? If so then it means that this API is irrelevant.

Check the unfiltered logs and see whether there is more information.
