You don't need to concern yourself about those terms. Basically, the Setup page for Company information and logo. This application is tailored to a specific organisation - an NGO. So those are their terms.

FCP is is referring to Company name(Branch)
CYDC (Child and Youth Development Center) is just an extension to the company name
CDW are the main staff of every branch. Apart from them they have other workers like volunteers.
