Change dial pad sounds / tones

Howdy partners,

Is it possible, and what lib if available to change the dial pad tones. Eg dialing 416-555-0011 on the dial pad produces the custom sounds we specify.?

(Preferably we could assign specific tones to each digit on the dial pad)

No. Unless you want to create your own dial pad and use it instead.
