[Bug] - v2.70, Spinner is missing in the visual designer

There was a build error in v2.70 which causes the designer to not show Spinners.

If you encounter this issue you should download the attached Designer.apk and copy it to Basic4android installation folder. Note that if you are using B4A-Bridge then you will need to manually uninstall B4A Designer from the device. The new Designer will be installed when B4A-Bridge connects.
