IDE Designer Color Picker

I may have (should) know this, but I've forgotten.

In Designer the color property of an object has a dropdown list of color names. How do I get to the color picker itself so that I can copy/change the RGB values (which I will need to alter the color of objects in code)? Thanks.

You will need to change the drawable from ColorDrawable to GradientDrawable. You can then set the same color for both fields.

Are you saying the actual color picker is only available in colorgradient? I seem to recall in a previous version that even with colordrawable I could right-click (as i recall) on the color and open a popup window with a gradient rainbow of colors in an upper box and with the R, G, B and Alpha values in smaller boxes below. It is this window I am seeking. Am I misremembering (it has been awhile since I've used it)? Thanks.
