Android Question Labels do not change their display text in the Designer

Hello,

I'm complete beginner with b4a and in programming as well. I just started to go through the Beginners Guide - thought this would be the best way to start learn in a systematic way.

I'm trying to follow the steps of creating My First Program as it is described there. Got the Designer running OK and started to put labels into it. But unlike in the guide, when changing the text property of a label to 5, the 5 does not appear in the Abstract Designer window. Instead the property of the Name is there.
Am I doing something wrong?
How to fix it?

You should connect the designer to a real device or to the emulator to see the actual layout. The abstract designer only shows rectangles with the views names.
