Wish Update Warning list after sync / changes in Files Manager

Please update the warning list after changes on the folder "Files Manager"

Please update Quick Search result with changes in the editor, maybe same way like the warning list
when you tab a space. (I had the feeling in worked in 5.01, but I am not sure)

All windows in the editor should be sync. It can be confusing the way it´s now.
