iOS Question Webview page does not fit; can not be changed

I have a web page that does not fit in either webview or wkwebview (tried both).
1.) I have it as "Scale to fit" = ture or "Scale to fit" = false
with true (see below) it does not fill the page (can I change it?)
with false (see below) it fills the page off to the right (can I change it?)

2.) In the designer I have expanded the webview and contracted it; both does
end up showing the page as you would expect.

There is no magic. If the web site is not implemented to allow it to fit then it will not fit.
