1.5 year ago when b4i came out i started making ios apps.
until now i reached > 64.000 installs. i dont know how many active users i have since in
apple dev console you cannot get that information.

i did not earn much from my b4i apps but still i am proud to reach that amount of installs

If they had spent eight hours to teach programming, they would earn more than with their apps in a year.

Develop programming tools for programmers fools is vastly more profitable.

A significant example: how much Informatix may have gained publishing his (game) app and how much has he earned thanks to his libraries?

During the same 1.5 years I have made 5 ios paid apps with 802 installs / $1,780 sales via Apple but also about $1250 for a single ios app for a client. My total ios installs is 8,120 which doesn't mean much because most are for the clients app.

Remember, its not all about money. Money pays my bills but coding makes me happy

I dont believe in ads but your ad income is very good so you can continue to try it. Thanks İlan. I believe in inapp purchases, and i am trying to code all day without a proper job. It is a risk for me but i am taking it for now. I dont know about the future =)

You're kidding, I suppose.
Perhaps you mean to say that no one fits this revenue in their tax returns.

"Fortunately" I have not published apps, otherwise I should inform me about Google's "deductions" (30% + 22% [Italian] VAT, as far as I know).

Many others have gained (or cashed?) much less than that, but I think you should earn (net!) at least 72,000 € with 12 apps - 2 years.

It is impossible to start earning as you hope. We need time to figure out what makes us earn what is not. W need time for better programing. So it is not like starting to work somewhere and earn the money. Maybe some of us earned very little in 2 years but that doesnt mean that we will not earn much better in next years. It is a risk as i said.
