B4R Question nRF 24L01 send data to PC

Hello,
I have an arduino operated handheld RFID reader, reads card data and log them on SD card, I need to send card data to MS SQL server, there are 4 handheld devices in work area, I need also to send a signal to open a gate when user press a key i.e. Open according to security permissions.

what is the best solution for this? nRF 24L01 receiver connected to Arduino to send door open signal and send data to special SQL listening software, and nRF 24L01 transmitter connected to handhelds? does this nRF 24L01 module conflict with SD card module?

The best solution is to use ESP8266 and connect to the PC network. This will allow you to send anything you like easily.

Thank you Erel, would you please give a hint for how to send 'open gate signal', gate controller has a dry contact aux input
