iOS Question Installing "MyFirstProgram"

After much help from Erel, I was able to build the B4i-Bridge. When I run the program I get the same 'Completed successfully' as in the screen shot below (from the beginner's manual). I also the next two lines are the same.

However, I do not get the image below with the Install button.

Looking in General, Settings in my iPhone 3, it does show as the B4i as installed, trusted along with the Certificate.

The phone is plugged into my computer.

Any ideas for me to check?

Are you using an iOS 7+ device?

iPhone 3 will not work.

Nothing earlier than a iOS 7? Didn't they just come out about a month ago?

I have a iPhone5 coming. That will not work either?

Don't confuse iPhone 7 and iOS7.
iOS is the operating system, the latest version is iOS10.
The latest iOS for the iPhone 3 is 6.1.6.
