Android 6.0.1
I get this error:
DB_cmd.JobDone error: java.net.ConnectException: failed to connect to /192.168.1.102 (port 17178) after 30000ms: connect failed: ENETUNREACH (Network is unreachable) Tag = 100

IP is correct
First time that happens to me
Other devices with lower version to 6.0.1 I've never had this Case Study
on what can be had?

Not used RDC yet, but your "/192.168.1.102" shouldn't be "http://192.168.1.102"?

the mistake returns / 192 c ...
but in reality it is http: // 192 etc ...
I still solved by putting on Samsung IP address STATIC
