Android Question Smartwatch for developing

Hi.
A client asked me for a project that mainly uses smartwatches.
I have to buy one for the tests and I don't want to spend too much.
I saw a lot of cheap smartwatches at Amazon (from 15 to 40€), like this one

Does anyone knows if I can develop on such devices?

I seem to understand from the description that connects to an Android device via bluetooth But that does not have the Android operating system inside.
You need to look for Smartwatch with Android wear comma, if there is not the word Android wear is probably not suitable for your purpose.

I suppose you should spend at least 60-80 dollars or more

I've asked to the seller at Amazon and He confirmed me it can not be installed any other app...
For all the smartwatches developers... Which device do you recommend? (take note that saving money is a must)

If saving money is a must, why don't you charge your client for buying the device ? I often do this myself (or ask that a device is provided). Sorry, I have no cheap device to advise.

That is the idea... charge him the device... but i dont want to bleed him (not yet)

I bought LG G Watch w100 on eBay for € 80 (Android wear 1.0)

But now a device with Android Wear 2.0 is better

There are AVD Emulators (From Google) that do that just fine. No need to use money.
