Android Question Capture image on a video

Sorry for my English.
I am beginner on b4a and I will like to realize a program in connection with the reading of video:

- make a video and record the video on the phone
- play the video
- capture image on the video by clicking a button
- save pictures on the phone

Is it possible on b4a?
And, do you have an example program so that I can test and progress a bit?
