Android Question How to hide a tab in StdActionBar

Hi,

I need to show/hide few tabs in stdActionBar, is it possible?
I tried TabHost but it shows 3 tabs per line.

I need a way out with stdActionBar.

Pls inform if anyone has any idea.

RemoveTabs and create new set using AddTab

Thanks Semen. TabHost or TabHostExtra does not help. I used AddTab with it. Shows 3 Tabs fixed in one line.
Can we define how many tabs to show in one line in TabHost?

TabHost is too old. There are reasons to support Android 4+ only and to use AppCompat + DesignSupport https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/t...nal-material-design-components.58893/#content

Thanks Semen, Floating Tab is good. I will upgrade to recently purchased 8.0 and try this out.
