iOS Question iPad application start failed

hello
I have develloped an B4i application for four Ipads, No Apple store only direct installation
Everything is working fine
Because this application doesnt need any modificatio I stop paying 99 Euros to Apple several months ago and this application us still running
But yesterday this application doesn’t start, same problème on the four iPad
The application start and close immediatly without message
Is it a certificat problème ?
Should I pay again 99 euros to Apple ?

Is the iPad a 32bit or a 64bit device ?

Have you upgraded to the latest B4i ?

What is the iOS version on the iPad ?

The problem is not with the application or ipad
It is a certificat problem,it is expired...

Aaah OK. Sometimes the 32bit/64bit question also causes problems - thus my question.
