Android Question [SOLVED] Views not scaling properly on LG K10 (2017).

Hi Everyone,

One of my customers sent me the attached screen shots showing my app views not scaling properly. His phone is the LG K10 (2017) model. I tested the app on several phones we own which are mostly Samsung. It scales well on the Samsung J7, S6, S7 Edge and S8.

Can you tell me what I need to add to the designer general script?

Thanks for the replies.

Is there a way I can test what effects the different anchor settings have if I don't have access to a particular phone?

I will also be watching the designer tutorial by Erel as well.

You can change the abstract designer size to see how the layout will change.

Hi Everyone,

I'm marking this as solved because I have done everything indicated in the replies and the customer still has the scaling issue. I believe he is using a screen resolution that's too low so I asked him and gave him instructions on setting a higher resolution.

I tested the app on a Samsung Galaxy J7 Edge, S6 and S8 and all screens scaled the app properly.
