i found only examples for use other service but any for create the services

Why do you want to create a SOAP web service? Why not a simple and nice REST service?

because I've this request by a contact, that required this tecnology

You can build a SOAP web service. There is nothing special about SOAP services. You will need to parse the XML request and generate a XML response.

There is an example in B4J, for not starting to new project.

There are a few examples of consuming SOAP services: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/pages/results/?query=soap

I don't think that there is any example of building a SOAP web service. If the service doesn't have many options then it should be quite simple to built it using similar techniques.
