A little problem with notifyicon

I am trying to write a small app to run on my ppc phone. I would like it to run and be able to hide the form and use an icon to show the form. I am using notifyicon it seems to work in the IDE but on the device the button click I use hides the form but I do not get an icon and the app appears to close. The app will not restart until I do a soft boot. I am not sure if I have to have the ni.ico in a special place on the device. The code I am using is in the attached file...Thanks

Just another example I do know enough to be dangerous......when I looked more closely I found I did not have the latest version of the notifyicon dll when I got the right one it worked fine........also had trouble with dzhw dll same resolution.......thanks
