To expand on this, I hope that B4A starts supporting more of the newer views natively, so we don't have to rely on third-party libraries for standard Android views.

Ideally we would be able to build modern productivity apps in B4A without needing so many extra libraries and custom views.

I love the variety of third-party libraries available (many for free), but the selection of native UI widgets is starting to look like it's lagging behind a bit.

RecyclerView will never be supported by the core library as it depends on Android support library.

Unless your list is very long then it will be easier to implement it with CustomListView.
