Android Question adb installer

I need adb.exe by using a commands adb push and adb pull to transfer file from android phone to pc and vice versa. I tried a lot as recommended by different website but does not work.
Can you help me on my query without intalling the whole android studio or b4a?

If the pc has android studio installed it works.

Android Studio has nothing to do with B4A.

Follow the installation instructions and everything needed will be available including ADB.exe.
