Is there a way to add an other option when doing longclick on a SMS so it let me although send the text to my app?

No. However you can listen to outgoing messages with the Phone library.

I need to be able to copy text from SMS, whatsapp or facebook and send it directly to my app. Is there a way to do so?

No. Whatsapp and Facebook handle the messages internally.
