Android Question AdMob ErrorCode=3

Hello!
Need help! I am trying to add an ad to my app. I did all explained here:

But I get a "failed: 3" on my Log.
What I am doing wrong?

Maybe this?
Which format need <Ad Unit Id>?
ca-app-pub-01234567890123456/0123456789 or pub-01234567890123456

This resolved!

But it goes on with the "failed: 3" ErrorCode on my Log.

You can see the error codes here: https://developer.android.com/refer.../ads/AdRequest.html#ERROR_CODE_INTERNAL_ERROR

3 means that there was no ad available. Wait a day or two and it will start working.

3 days later it goes on with the message "failed: 3" and no ad is showing.
Also in adMob Panel say that there were 7 requests.

For some reason AdMob is not delivering ads to your app. You will need to contact them.

How can I contact them? I've been looking for some email addresss but can't find it.
