Share My Creation Advance Project Management (Jira Alternative) : Source code

Hello everyone :)

*Starting off by thanking the one and only @Erel for making this possible for every single one of us ❤

Today we would like to announce the most complete project management system
The project contains :
1- Employee information
2- Departments Information
3- Leaves Requests
4- Clients Information
5- Teams Information
6- Projects Information
7- Projects Profiles & Activities
8- Clients Calls
9- Internal Emails System
10- Clients Expenses
11- Clients Payments
12- Etc...

The project is built for 3 tiers :
1- System Admin : Create/Modify/Delete all the information on the system
2- Employees Portal : Each employee has a username and password which will enable him/her to login to the system to view and submit the completed tasks and project activities
3- Clients Portal : Each client has a username and password which will enable the client to submit project change requests or bugs reports


Project Technology :
1- B4J Web application
2- MS SQL

*Because the project is built using B4J web Application so it's multi platform, meaning the UI was designed to be functional from a PC, Laptop or a mobile phone

Demo :

System admin :
Username : admin@admin.com
Password : admin

Employees Portal :
Username : user@user.com
Password : user

Client Portal :
Username : client@client.com
Password : 123

Project Price : 40$

Hello everyone :)

We have just uploaded a new update, please use the same download link we sent you to download the update
Also make sure to restore the .bak (MS SQL Database) file because it was updated as well

The update contains :
1- Added the ability to attach photos to the project details and clients tickets

2- We have changed the inbox field (TO : ) because it was very hard to know the emails of the users so we changed it to drop-down list :

How about attachments to emails (based on image above) or that is just meant to send messages.

All the best.
The attachments above are for :
1- when the client submits a ticket
2- when the client and the employees are submitting project activities

Implementing it in the email would be easy because we have already written the code in other pages.

Again, this is awesome, I love it, if you dont mind my additional thoughts and questions.

C1. On the admin dashboard, perhaps an additional section like this one...

but titled Project Performance. It might indicate the project name, priority, total tickets vs tickets closed. This might help people at first glance how each project fairs.

Q1. Whilst the tickets are viewable via the client login, as an administrator is there a way for you to see these without having to logoff and login as a client, but done via the admin portal? Or perhaps when a ticket is sent by the client it goes to the inbox?

Q2. On the client portal how does a client close a ticket, for example, they are happy/not happy with how it was resolved/not resolved?

Hello Dear,

1- Every ticket created by the client it will be added to the project activity which can be viewed by the Client. Employees and the system admin
2- The tickets will be not be closed manually, because the client is able to use the project activity to track and view the projects/tickets which means once the employees reply to him/her the ticket will be considered as closed.

We just added the PDF export, it enables you to export the client list to PDF file or to print directly.

Login to the :
http://b4xcode.com:89/

Username : admin@admin.com
Password : admin

Go to Clients - Clients List

And you will see on the right there is a new button called : PDF
*If you don't see it then make sure to refresh the page because that means it's cached

1- Fixed the image repetition when uploading a new image in the projects details by the admin , client and the users
2- Fixed disconnecting from SQL when in idle mode
3- Added the ability to the admin user to be able to reply to comments by either users or clients

It seems that the demo cannot be entered as an admin
Hello Dear,

You can try it now and it will login as admin :)

*Because it's a public demo so there are members/visitors that are deleting the data or adding new data to test the system

I'm interested in the Project Management app, and I'd like to log in and demo it, but the login doesn't do anything using the credentials you've given.

Hello Dear,

You can try now, we had to reset the database because it's a public demo so there are testers that deleted the users information.
