Android Question android ver 7.1 and ide debuger

i have an old application that run on samsung galaxy siii neo and at HTC tlephones.
I download and install this application to xiaomi redmi note 5a prime with android 7.1 .2 security level 2018-05-01

this application stop run when it try to read stoixeia.txt file from the sd card This file recreate by the program if it does not exist .

I try to debuge it

i download the debug version from the B4A and install the program
when I press the open key
The only thing that i can see is the "wait for the debuger" and the the telephone shows me the lancher first screen.
I have a stop before activity.load ......
B4A version 8.0

please advice

Do you see anything in the logs?
