i have found a site with components or assemblies
(instruments etc.). :
Mitov Software - Video, Audio, Digital Signal Processing(DSP), and computer vision components for Delphi, C++, C# and Visual Basic .NET
how can i use it in Basic4PPC desktop ?

You probably cannot use them directly without writing a wrapper library as an interface to them as Basic4ppc can only deal with library methods and properties that are primitive types or arrays of primitive types.
