Anyone up for being paid to learn GPS programming?

I wish I had the time to do it myself.

Is it possible to get the GPS coordinates every 0.1 seconds, write them to a file.
Every 50 datapoints the file is saved and then if internet is connected send the file to a predefined
directory on a website.

Text file in the form

Date(1),Time(1),Longitude(1),Latitude(1),No.of satelites(1),altitude(1)
Date(2),Time(2),Longitude(2),Latitude(2),No.of satelites(2),altitude(2)
.
.
Date(50),Time(50),Longitude(50),Latitude(50),No.of satelites(50),altitude(50)

I think there is no GPS reciever that provides the data less then once in a second. You can still write the file but it will be identical for every 10 points at least.

Of course there are GPS recivers with refresh rate bigger then once per second look for the 5hz (5times/s) or 10hz (10 times/s) but they are not build in the devices you can connect them by the BT or by the USB
