Android Question App analysis

Hi

I am writing new app, and I am having strange things on my phone, such as cannot install due to disk space, freeze, auto reboot - I am not sure if it is related to my app or to my old Samsung S2
(or some other app on my phone)

I wish to check what is going on in RAM, CPU, Battery etc. (how much RAM I take, CPU, networking)

I saw this which seems to be great one, but since FB bought them I cannot download it anymore

Can anyone recommend some app / procedure that can do the above (monitoring / analyzing - maybe I have some mem leaks, etc..)

MAT - looks like RAM tool
SeePU - does not look professional enough

any other tools?
