B4J Question app crashes in debug mode from ide

have EXACTLY the same long err msg posted here which i belive has not solved yet. if someone solved it, please inform.
i was waiting for the 64 bit version hoping it'll be solved along with it, but the problem remains. 1 out of 5 times trying to run
exactly the same code result with this err msg.

p.s
just note that when it happens (about 20% of runs), the log starts with : "Waiting for debugger to connect..."
but never reach : "Program started." (as it should").

as mentioned in the other thread, it's quite a big project (lines of code).
