App with Licence Check without download ?

A user who has no credit card, and thus the program can not download it from the market wants to pay my program via Paypal.
If I send him the program by mail, it then runs at him, when the Licence Check
enabled in the program? Or what options there are for such cases?

The license check will not work for non-market installations. You will need to create a different protection solution for this customer (or just remove the protection).
