iOS Question Apple Developer License?

For Android, I can distribute files outside of the Google Play store - pretty much device to device. If I just want to develop 'internal' apps with B4i, do I still need a Developer License and account at the Apple Store?

I just registered B4i and this is my "Day 1". Thank you for helping me with my first step ... setting up.

Yes. The only way to install an app on a non-jailbroken iOS device is with a certificate signed by Apple (which requires a developer account).
