Application Icon don't show up

I go to Project>Choose icon and use the icon I down load from internet as my Icon.
The new icon shown in emulator but not on my Nexus S when I use B4A-Bridge or manual intalled.
Would you please help?

Maybe you have prevoius version installed without icon. Uninstall on your Nexus S version without icon and try again.

You are right !
After I delete the old version without icon and install the new one with icon it work.
