Android Question Automated phone call with recorded voice message

It's easy enough to make a direct phone call using the Phone library.

But is it possible to make a call and have the app say a message? It's for a call back system.

No. Android doesn't allow you to "inject" audio into a phone call.

Another question, but still related: Is it possible to make a phone call and turn the speaker on? It's for an emergency app.

Hi,
I think the speaker is turned on by default in this case.. otherwise you wouldn't be able to talk to the other party. Or may be I couldn't understand.

I mean the loudspeaker so you can use it hands free.
