Wish Automatic wrapper generation

I am trying to wrap OpenCV for B4J(the experimental repo). OpenCV is a c++ computer vision library and it provides java bindings.

I came across this blog: OpenCV now supports desktop Java. It says the library is automatically generated.

I don't know if it is possible to automatically generate wrapper libraries. I think if this can work, many efforts can be saved from creating wrapper libraries.
