is it possible to design a layout that works smoothly on all devices without any script-variant or any autoscale or autoscaleRate thing! Designer should be able to do this all by default rather than being coded or given instructions! If Yes then How?

There's no miracles! There are devices with odd screen sizes, so the best solution is to at least combine anchors with auto-scale

I don't see any reference to a library anywhere in your question, in fact you ask for a codeless solution... Well... There isn't any!
And if you "already know anchors and auto-scale stuff" then you already know all that is necessary to cope with the different screen sizes... dude.

Anchors are not the solution for everything - to be really specific I meant not specifying anything inside the designer script for the Layout - Anyhow the question I really wanted to ask was if it's possible to make Designer more flexible - (I am not referring to features here btw)

btw my Cable is really bad lately  ---DuuDEEE

I suggest you to call the after sales service, then... or try to fix it yourself.. (warranty void, dude)
