Android Question b4a - is it possible to use webView and scan Qr code?

I need to scan Qr code and have to use WebView to do rapid UI design (html, css).
Is it possible to from WebView to do the Qr code scan?

Scenario:

1. app starts
2. app gives 2 option: insert code (educated) or scan the QR code (not educated, lazy user)
3. logged in

Using WebView for the interface will only make everything more complicated. A large benefit of B4A is that you create a fully native app.

It is very simple to create the layout with the designer.
