I installed the lastest (and greatest) B4A today, version 7.8 and I am using the built-in B4A Sdk Manager from the menu. I can check a dozen items I want to download then if I filter on something like "CORE", display the results for "CORE", then clear the filter to see all of the items in the list, my selected items are now unchecked. Now I have to recheck my items all over again.
