Android Question B4A v4.30 beta, time to execute code

Hi all

I have find maybe an issue on the beta 1 version, i talk about it here : https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4a-v4-30-beta-has-been-released.50152/page-2#post-313507

But i have seen that seems the code needs more time to execute itself between the precedents version and this beta.

Maybe it's an impression only, but that would be nice if some of you have does the same tests and can say if it's real or not.

You should test the elapsed time in Release mode.

DateTime.Time(DateTime.Now - Start) is wrong. It doesn't do what you expect it to do.

A question, that mean that's debug mode who introduce weird result on the elapsed time ?
Or the code in beta version stays a bit more long sometime to execute the same code ?

Edit: Indeed in Debug Rapid mode the code is really slow than in other modes, Debug Legacy or Release. I find more than 4 or 5 min in Debug Rapid and only between 3 or 4 sec in other modes for the same code.

I have never test it in release mode, indeed, because i work around the best way to optimize the time to do chart.

And thank you so much for indicate the best way to calculate the elapsed time, great function.

Try Tools - Clean project and remove all breakpoints. It will make the rapid debugger much faster.
