Android Question B4A with Droid4X

I've been using this emulator (Droid4X) ever since Arc Welder stopped working for Windows last week.
The performance is almost as good and the emulator itself is quite lightweight. To load an apk all I need to do is double-click the generated apk file.

Now, is there a way to have B4A recognize it as an emulator?

My Asus tablet died two months ago, RIP.

Which Asus tablet died? I've had less-than-stellar experiences with Asus tablets.

Does Droid4X have access to the network? If so, it should just be a matter of installing the B4A-Bridge.

Asus ME173X.
One day I woke-up and the LCD array inside was broken. The screen was intact though.

Brilliant! :D How come I didn't think about it!? Yes it does! I'll try it right away!
EDIT: It didn't work, but it was worth the shot.

Ahhh. The Memo line are their budget tablets, right? At least you were only out a couple hundred. Is it past warranty? I had a TF101 die (I think the RAM failed) a month or so after the warranty period ended. And I have a TF700 that performs so poorly I wish it would die. It's strange because Asus has such a solid reputation in all other hardware domains.

Indeed, my ASUS EEE PC is sill rocking hard with XP SP3, 6 years after purchase.
The tablet's cost was 100Eur, back in 2014. I couldn't really complain about the performance, for the most part it was okay.
It would last at least 3 days on a single charge. I was really strange to wake-up and see the LCD broken like that.

For my next purchase, so far I'm inclined to buy the NVidia Shield, what a beast!
