Android Question b4a ZipAlign file. Error trial version

I have a trial version of b4a rel 8.0 and, after zipalign file error, i have move the file under "Tools" directory but nothing is changed. Please, help me.

Follow the Installation Video. Start with an Empty folder like in the video.
Make sure to configure the IDE to use the newly installed SDK. It is described in the Video.

Thank zipalign file error ... resolved but now i have this: "installing file to device Error file not found". Help, please
