iOS Question B4i Bridge not Registering Certs

We are having an issue with B4i in the build process to the Mac. I have the Mac updated to the latest OS, iPhone on the latest iOS and XCode fully up-to-date.

It is saying I do not have a certification for the provisioning profile but in Xcode I have the Certification it says I'm missing in both Xcode and keychain.
I Followed the tutorials on line to make sure I was copying the certs to the right place on the PC and configuring B4i accordingly.

I also started from scratch with the certifications, provisioning profiles, and keychain access so there would be no conflicts or duplicates.

We are using a local Mac Builder for this project. We are unable to connect to it without getting the errors for the certificates.

We have manually specified the certificates and provisioning profiles in both Xcode and B4i. I have made sure on iTunes connect that they are correct.

We are on the latest Xcode 8 and MacOS Sierra. We cannot build the B4i Bridge App either.

We are now getting the app to run on the simulator on the MAC but when we switch to the iPhone Xcode is giving us an error "Revoke Certificate, Your account already has a signing certificate for this machine but is not present in your keychain. To create a new one you must revoke the existing certificate"

We keep getting this error even when we verified all the certificates, provisioning profiles.

We are not opening XCode while trying to build the app. We downloaded our Development and Production provisioning Profile and Development and Distribution Certification in the keys folder and specified them accordingly.

I have used the temporary ID you gave us but it will still give us an error when trying to push to iTunes Connect. I have downloaded the provisioning profile from developer.apple.com for the development and distribution and put it in the keys folder and I am still not able to get the compiler to work outside of the simulator.
I believe the certificates are messed up on the mac in keychain and I would like to know the correct configuration. When i try to build the bridge app it is giving me that error too.
