Other B4i Mac Builder v3.61 - Fixes an issue with Swift libraries

A new version of B4i Mac Builder is available for download. Developers who are using B4i v3.60 with a local Mac can download it from the same link.

The hosted builders were updated.

It fixes ERROR ITMS-90017 when uploading the released app to the app store.

I have downloaded server from same link but files inside ZIP are identical with previous one (v3.60), also server version is v3.60.
